-Consent – we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
-Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
-We are collecting the age band of our membership in order to understand the age profile of Members and whether the age band influences length of membership of the Society.

For members registered on Membermojo, the personal information provided in their user profile is stored for 10 years, as prescribed by the CIO Regulations (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2012/3012/contents/made). All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).
