AGM of The Beatrix Potter Society 2019 was held at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London in March. Chair Miranda Gore Browne reads the Chairman’s Report.

We would like to share two upcoming events with you!

*On 22 June 2024 from 10am to 4pm, celebrate Beatrix Potter's connection to the Kensington area as well as her extraordinary life as an author, artist, scientist and farmer. This event includes author talks at St Mary the Boltons (featuring Arthur Parkinson, Andrew Wiltshire & Emma Drag), a Wildflower Tour of Brompton Cemetery with Roy Vickery, and a visit to Gallery 286 and their prize-winning garden.

All funds raised will be given to The Beatrix Potter Society to promote the study and appreciation of the life and works of Beatrix Potter.

Refreshments will be served throught the day at St Mary the Boltons Church. There will also be a raffle, childrens activities and art at the Church during the day.

As part of the garden event we are holding an art competition. The closing date is Sunday 16th June 2024. For more details, please contact St. Mary’s The Boltons Church or Emma Drag: epower2@hotmail.co.uk
